DaqScribe Solutions, LLC provides personal customer support for our customers, while possessing the ability to answer technical and product questions. Standard customer support includes our engineering and sales personnel answering incoming phone calls and emails. We will respond to those calls and emails within 24 hours. While solutions and technical corrections may take longer than 24 hours to solve, DaqScribe Solutions promises to keep customers informed of ongoing actions. Technical support is available from 7:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. All of us at DaqScribe Solutions enjoy spending time with our families, as do our customers, so we may be hard to contact on weekends and holidays. While DaqScribe Solutions would like to guarantee support 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, we cannot. However, we do promise that we will work with our customers to meet their technical emergencies in a timely manner. All of our engineers and sales personnel will assist customers with after-hours issues as much as possible. DaqScribe Solutions has a strong commitment to long term relationships with our customers.
